About Me

I am a London-based CBT & Integrative Psychotherapist working with adults, teenagers, couples, professionals and organizations.

My approach combines evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with modern integrative methods, tailored to each client’s individual needs, goals and life circumstances. I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and have completed advanced professional training in CBT, Schema Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I am also a member of the BABCP (British Association for Behavioral & Cognitive Psychotherapies).

Alongside private practice, I have experience working within the NHS, supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, relationship difficulties and emotional challenges.

I had a difficult relationship with my mother-in-law, and when I found out that she was planning to visit us I started looking for a psychologist. I met Natalia when she was in the States, and when she left we continued to meet online. She helped me not to understand myself, taught me to observe what I feel and why, then it turned out that it was not even my mother-in-law, but a coincidence of circumstances at the time. Now we have a wonderful relationship with her. Natalia is a very excellent specialist in her field, she helped me to really understand myself. When she asked me to draw myself, I thought that it is easy and what is so in it. It turned out to be not so easy. I couldn't draw my mouth. Then when we worked through the steps, I could do it. Very good at what she does.


I would like to thank you for the work you have done, but unfinished by me! It seemed to me that I was in a complete dead end and there was no way out, I observed apathy and frequent panic attacks. In a few sessions I learned to track my feelings as well as the automatic thoughts that cause them, I realized how incredible it is!!!! I learned to see their causes and it helped me a lot!!!
